Obama - The Sinclair Tapes Part 5

It wasn't long before Sinclair claimed he had an attorney and was filing a lawsuit against Obama, Axelrod and the Democratic National Committee. He did file a lawsuit - but there was no lawyer; he filed it pro se - on his own behalf.

The suit was dismissed, for reasons I'm not clear about, but which seem to be technical issues. Sinclair now claims he has an attorney and will be filing a new suit with the technicalities "corrected."

Obama will have no choice but to respond if a judge finds there is merit enough in this lawsuit to let it proceed.

Next, we'll look at the controversial issue as to whether the polygraph was legitimate or staged ... and the resulting fallout between Sinclair and WHiteHouse.com, which arranged for the polygraphs.
