Problem With Telling 'the Truth' -

You may notice that there are some categories listed
above you will not find on CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, The New York
Times, etc. These categories deal with the hidden aspect of
current events. This website does not pretend to present
"the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the
truth." It's simply not possible.
There is Truth and there are truths. The
"Truth" is a single, unshakeable reality that is
the foundation of all truths and realities that grow out
from it. "Truths" are the various aspects, the
differing realities and observations that fill our human
history. Some "truths" are sincere and genuine -
and yes, even "true" if that word can be
accurately defined. Others are manufactured and manipulated
by the most sophisticated "truth alteration"
techniques imaginable - stretching even beyond our mortal
imagination.
For example, take just one history-altering event - the
assassination of John F. Kennedy. If you look at all the
stories of all the witnesses, you can come up with a
hundred different "assassins." Take it one step
further, if you collect the stories of all those who claim
they killed Kennedy, you still come up with probably
17-20 different "assassins." Could they all
be telling "the Truth" or even "a
truth"? Who knows?
Our history is replete with such examples of labyrinths
of reality. The researcher seeking "The Truth"
will find him/herself starting out in a room with many
doors. Each door opens into another room, itself filled
with many doors, ad infinitum. It doesn't take long
to become so totally lost that the researcher has
completely lost track of where they started and what they
were searching for. At some point it becomes easy to just
go mad.
Part of this seems to be just the nature of the
hydra-headed beast we call realities - or multiple
realities. Part of it is manipulated by those in power to
ensure the "Truth" remains hidden from all but
those who participated in the cover-up.
In intelligence - civilian or military - there are two
prerequisites for being allowed access to "a
truth" - 1. the need to know and 2. the proper
security clearance, the skeleton key, if you will, to the
underground modules of "truth." (Think Indiana
Jones stepping into the "warehouse" of ancient
secrets, but alter that vision to picture a warehouse of
hundreds of thousands of locked cubicles - and your key
will only unlock one cubicle - and not necessarily even the
cubicles within a cubicle.)
The foundation of intelligence is the aspect of modules
- compartmentalization. That way no one person or entity
has access to the Whole Truth. This is the world we live in
and, no matter what road of inquiry you may choose to take,
no matter whether, per The Matrix, you choose the
red pill or the blue pill, that compartmentalization will
always be an integral part of the world in which you tread.
This search can drive the best of us to madness if we
aren't tethered to something real, intangible and rock
solid.
Yet, as we walk along life's road of discovery, we are
not without some guidance. We all have a built-in BS
Detector, if we would just calibrate it properly and listen
to it when the alarm goes off. Along that road of discovery
we will make many finds - but how do we know if they are
"real" or not? We bend over and inspect it. If it
stinks, then it is crap, and we move on down the road to
the next one.
OK, so how do we "calibrate" our built-in BS
Detector? By adhering, first, to that commandment doctors
once obeyed: Above all else, do no harm. Face the
fact that many of the people you meet along this road of
discovery (road of life) will be doing bad things. Even you
will sometimes do bad things. But also realize that many
people are doing these things, not because they are evil,
but simply because their own BS Detector is in a bad state
of repair. It's been tampered with, in some cases even
disabled.
For those of us who believe there indeed a Creator, or a
God, (and even those who don't) we must learn
forgiveness. "Father, forgive them for they
know not what they do." After all, can we ask our
Creator to forgive us if we can't forgive others along the
way? Rather inconsistent I would think.
These two tools - our BS Detector and the Tool of
Forgiveness - are what will keep us sane on our journey.
Have fun, but don't let the BS and the disappointments
along the way get to you! Be brave, but not foolhardy -
cautious but not fearful. If you've never seen the movie
"The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance," I advise you
to pick it up on video. Jimmy Stewart, Jack Palance and
John Wayne - a great trio. It's the story of a skinny
little wimp who, by his nature, has to do the right thing -
even though it means death. It's also a reaffirmation of
"the truth" that when we do do the right
thing, "we have people" (to paraphrase a
currently popular tax-preparation commercial). But it is
only when we set things in motion, by doing
the right thing, that those people - those angels,
protectors, silent allies - appear. We are the ones
who have to take that step to start things moving.
You have just learned the Secret of Life. Enjoy!
